Cleveland, OH – Northeast Ohio is experiencing a cool and breezy start to the weekend, with scattered lake effect clouds and rain showers continuing through Friday before conditions begin to improve.
According to the US National Weather Service Cleveland OH, high temperatures today will reach the low to mid-50s, with gusty lakeshore winds easing by evening. Areas east of Cleveland, particularly in the Snowbelt region, may see brief rain showers through the afternoon before skies gradually clear.
On Saturday, lake effect showers could linger in some eastern counties, but forecasters expect a partly sunny and calmer Sunday, marking a return to more seasonable fall weather. Overnight lows will dip into the mid-30s to low 40s throughout the weekend.
The National Weather Service adds that no significant rain is expected beyond early Saturday, offering better conditions for outdoor plans late in the weekend.
