CLEVELAND, Ohio – Northern Ohio is set for another crisp late-summer night as temperatures dip into the upper 40s and low 50s beneath clear skies. While slightly warmer than last night, the cool air will be most noticeable inland, especially across parts of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.
According to the National Weather Service in Cleveland, low temperatures will range from 48 in Meadville and 49 in Youngstown to the lower 50s across Cleveland, Akron, and Canton. Sandusky will hold a bit warmer at 56, while Toledo sits near 54. Clear skies will dominate the region, keeping conditions calm and dry.
The steady stretch of dry weather means commuters across I-90, I-71, and I-76 will face no travel issues overnight or into the morning. Residents are urged, however, to keep jackets handy for early bus stops and morning commutes, as temperatures will feel brisk before sunrise. Outdoor evening events should stay comfortable with light layers.
The calm pattern is expected to hold until at least Wednesday afternoon, with the next chance for unsettled weather not arriving until midweek.
