Lake County, IN Ramp Closures: State Road 912 and I-94 Updates for May 31

Lake County, IN – The ramp from southbound State Road 912 to westbound I-94 will reopen Friday, May 31, while the ramp to eastbound I-94 will close until late August.

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the closure is necessary for bridge deck overlay work on the ramp bridges over 25th Avenue. During this period, traffic will be detoured via U.S. 12/20 and State Road 53/Broadway. Additionally, the flyover ramp to eastbound I-94 will undergo a bridge deck overlay. Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes to avoid delays.
