Lake County, IL – Round Lake Police Department provided an update on Monday at 10:45 AM regarding a recent bomb threat at Magee Middle School in the town of Round Lake. The case has been resolved, following a detailed investigation into the incident initially reported last week.

According to the Round Lake Police Department, officers responded to a bomb threat at Magee Middle School. The investigation concluded that two juveniles were responsible for contacting the school with a fabricated bomb threat. These individuals are now being referred to the juvenile justice system, where they face charges of Disorderly Conduct, classified as a Class 3 Felony.
