Investigators say the victim reported that a former neighbor, later identified as Brian Wisch, 47, allegedly forced his way into the home through a glass storm door while armed with a firearm. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate Wisch that night. On Friday, January 9, detectives located him in the 16400 block of Russell Road in Wadsworth, according to officials. Wisch was found with a gunshot wound to the stomach and was taken to a hospital, treated, and released.
