According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Billie Jo Green was last seen Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, walking eastbound along Wilson Parrish Road near State Road 450 in Umatilla.

Investigators said Green was wearing a heavy jacket of an unknown color, gray sweatpants, and Crocs at the time she was last seen.

Authorities describe Green as a white female, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. She has long blondish-brown hair and blue eyes.

Detectives said she has several identifiable features, including piercings in her right eyebrow and left nostril. She also has tattoos on her left outer thigh and left inner ankle.
