La Crosse, WI – Today will be clear and cool in La Crosse with temperatures slightly below normal, reaching the low 70s. Heavy rain and storm chances are expected to return Monday night, lasting through Tuesday night.

According to the US National Weather Service La Crosse, today’s weather will be dry with temperatures ranging from 70 to 75 degrees. The overnight low is predicted to be between 45 and 55 degrees. A significant weather change is anticipated starting Monday night, with heavy rain and storms continuing through Tuesday night.

Narrow corridors of higher rainfall amounts make precise forecasting difficult. However, given the heightened river levels, residents are urged to monitor future forecasts for updates.

The detailed forecast for the week ahead includes clear and cool conditions today, with a high of 74 degrees and a low of 53 degrees. Monday will see partly cloudy skies with temperatures reaching up to 75 degrees and a low of 54 degrees. Heavy rain and storms are expected on Tuesday, with a high of 77 degrees and a low of 61 degrees. Wednesday will bring clear skies and warmer temperatures, with highs around 85 degrees and lows near 65 degrees. Thursday and Friday will have a mix of clouds and sun, with a 35% chance of rain each day, highs in the low 80s to mid-70s, and lows in the mid-60s. The weekend will start with sunny and clear conditions on Saturday, reaching a high of 79 degrees and a low of 61 degrees, followed by partly cloudy skies on Sunday, with a high of 77 degrees and a 35% chance of rain.
