According to the National Weather Service, temperatures on Tuesday will range between 91-96 degrees, with heat indices potentially reaching 105. These conditions are expected to create a sweltering and oppressive atmosphere across the region. Showers and storms are anticipated to begin in the afternoon and persist into the evening, bringing the possibility of heavy rainfall and strong winds.

Wednesday’s forecast indicates slightly cooler temperatures, ranging from 87-91 degrees. However, the threat of severe weather remains, with more showers and storms expected. The heat index will remain high, with values potentially reaching 105 degrees once again.

The extended forecast shows a brief reprieve on Thursday, with sunny skies and a high of 86 degrees. The heat will return on Friday and Saturday, with highs of 91 and 96 degrees, respectively. Sunday’s forecast predicts partly cloudy skies and a high of 86 degrees.
