Between 5 to 8 inches of rain have already fallen, with more expected tonight, increasing the risk of flash flooding. Residents in the affected areas, including Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, Cadiz, and Fort Campbell, are urged to avoid traveling on flooded roads. The flash flood danger also extends to popular spots like the Land Between the Lakes Area and Turkey Bay.
