According to authorities, Young was arrested on September 24 at Sussex Correctional Institution. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on his own recognizance, but remains committed at the facility on other burglary charges.

Young faces multiple charges, including:

  • Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
  • Possession of Burglar Tools or Instruments (Felony)
  • Theft under $1,500
  • Criminal Mischief under $1,500

Police continue to investigate whether Young may be linked to additional thefts in the Dover area.
