Kent County, DE – Two Wilmington men were arrested Tuesday after an alleged armed home invasion and police pursuit through Kent County, according to Delaware State Police. A third suspect remains at large.

Police say the incident began around 1 p.m. on November 11, 2025, when troopers responded to the 100 block of East Chimney Top Lane in Felton. Two men, identified as Dylan Charles, 19, and Quincy Thomas, 22, allegedly entered a residence, confronted a teenage male, and demanded money. A woman inside the home retrieved a rifle and confronted the suspects, who then fled in a white Infiniti QX5 with firearms and cash.

Troopers later spotted the Infiniti on State Route 12, leading to a pursuit. The vehicle allegedly drove recklessly across Kent County before crashing near Little Creek Road after spike strips were deployed. Both suspects were taken into custody, though a third unidentified man fled the scene.

Investigators recovered the victim’s rifle, a handgun, and approximately 1,595 grams of marijuana from the vehicle. Charles and Thomas face multiple felony charges including robbery, home invasion, firearm possession, and endangering the welfare of a child. They were arraigned and held on bonds exceeding $145,000 each.

Anyone with information about the third suspect is urged to contact Delaware State Police Detective P. Campbell at (302) 698-8504 or call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
