Montgomery, IL – A 31-year-old man from Montgomery was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on August 14th, following a comprehensive investigation led by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was executed without incident, according to local law enforcement.
The suspect, Donovan Reddoch, now faces serious allegations, including two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, classified as class X felonies, and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, classified as class 2 felonies. A warrant for Reddoch’s arrest was issued after the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the charges.
Reddoch was subsequently booked into the Kendall County Jail. Following a pre-trial detention hearing earlier today, he was released under pre-trial conditions.
