Kansas City, MO – Light rain chances will linger through early Tuesday before clearing skies and warmer weather return for the rest of the week, according to the US National Weather Service Kansas City.
Forecasters say scattered light showers will develop this evening and overnight, continuing into Tuesday morning. Rainfall totals are expected to remain light—generally less than a tenth of an inch—with no hazardous weather anticipated.
According to the Weather Service, temperatures will stay above normal, with highs in the low to mid-70s Monday and Tuesday, climbing to the low to mid-80s by Thursday. Dry weather will dominate midweek before another system brings a chance of storms Friday.
No severe weather is expected with any of the upcoming rain events. Residents can look forward to several days of pleasant fall weather after early-week clouds move out.
