According to reports, officers responded to a distress call regarding a naked man with a firearm near the intersection of North Fairmont and East Cedar.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers approached with caution, witnessing a man exiting a residence at 500 North Fairmont holding what appeared to be a small gun.
