Kankakee, IL – Clove Alliance is expanding its legal services for survivors of sexual violence and trauma through a new partnership with Attorney Neeley Regas, whose work focuses on trauma-informed, survivor-centered legal advocacy.
Regas will provide direct legal representation and guidance for survivors navigating challenges related to protective orders, victims’ rights, housing, employment, and education matters. The partnership enhances Clove Alliance’s mission to ensure that survivors have access to equitable, compassionate support across Kankakee, Iroquois, and Ford counties.
“Adding an attorney with Neeley’s background and empathy strengthens every part of our support network,” said Clove Alliance leadership. “Survivors deserve legal advocacy that understands trauma and restores empowerment.”
The initiative builds on Clove Alliance’s long-standing commitment to comprehensive survivor services, including crisis response, counseling, and prevention education. By integrating legal representation, the organization seeks to bridge critical service gaps and remove barriers that often prevent survivors from pursuing justice or stability.
Community members and partner agencies are encouraged to help share awareness of the expanded legal services. For additional information or referrals, contact Clove Alliance or visit clovealliance.org.
