According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, 44-year-old Trenton Dean Boleyn of Oelwein was taken into custody on three outstanding Fayette County warrants. Deputies located Boleyn while assisting Buchanan County authorities in executing a search warrant at a rural residence, where illegal drugs were found and seized.

Boleyn’s warrants included two counts of Failure to Appear – Serious Misdemeanor (each with a $2,000 cash-only bond) and a Sex Offender Registration Violation – Aggravated Misdemeanor (with a $2,500 bond, 10% allowed). He was transported to the Fayette County Jail for processing, and additional charges from Buchanan County remain pending, officials said.
