Forecasters note that isolated higher totals may occur in heavier snow bands.

Counties included in the warning span a wide area, including Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Shelby, Bartholomew, Decatur, Madison, Tippecanoe, Boone, Clinton, Montgomery, Vigo, Putnam, Morgan, Owen, Clay, Parke, Fountain, Warren, Rush, Henry, and Vermillion counties.
