South Bend, IN – Authorities in South Bend are asking for the public’s help locating a man accused of multiple child molesting cases after new charges were filed this week.

According to the South Bend Police Department, 37-year-old Brandon Pryor was originally charged earlier this year in connection with a May 2024 case involving a juvenile. On Wednesday, the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office filed three additional counts against Pryor tied to a separate incident in October 2024.

Investigators said in the October case, a juvenile reported being approached near Fox and St. Joseph streets by a man in a pickup truck. The victim told police she accepted a ride after the suspect allegedly said she looked cold. She later reported being sexually assaulted in a field, then again inside an empty home before being dropped off in the area of Ireland Road. The case was turned over to the St. Joseph County Special Victims Unit.

Pryor now faces five total counts of child molesting, police said. He remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities described him as 6 feet 1 inch tall, 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said Pryor has been seen driving different vehicles, including a black Chevrolet Tahoe in May and more recently a dark-colored BMW SUV with no known license plate number. He is believed to have ties to South Bend, Chicago, and Indianapolis and may currently be in the Chicago area.

Anyone with information on Pryor’s whereabouts is urged not to approach him but to call 911 or submit anonymous tips through Michiana Crime Stoppers at 574-288-STOP or online at p3tips.com/203.
