A preliminary investigation by Trooper Fulfer revealed that a 2025 Ram 2500 was traveling eastbound when a westbound 2003 Buick Park Avenue allegedly crossed the center line for unknown reasons and struck the Ram head-on.

The driver of the Buick was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner. Their identity will be released by the coroner’s office at a later time. The driver of the Ram was transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover from non-life-threatening injuries.
