Indiana, PA – Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana County have issued an arrest warrant for a McIntyre man accused of arson and making terroristic threats following a domestic incident early Friday morning.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police Troop A – Indiana, 37-year-old Steven R. Marsh is wanted after allegedly setting fire to a basement inside a woman’s home along the 300 block of 3rd Street in Ernest Borough around 2:57 a.m. on October 10, 2025.

Troopers said the incident began after a 911 hang-up call led them to the residence. Upon arrival, they spoke with the victim, who reported that Marsh allegedly kicked in her basement door, started a fire, and then extinguished it before fleeing the scene. The victim was inside the home at the time.

Police also allege that Marsh later sent the woman threatening text messages. Troopers canvassed the area but were unable to locate him.

Marsh is described as a white, non-Hispanic male, standing 5’11” and weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He faces multiple charges, including arson (felony 3), criminal mischief, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
