Fort Wayne, IN – A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for northern Indiana and northwest Ohio from 7 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday, with freezing rain expected.
According to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana, ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch will impact areas including Fort Wayne, Lima, Van Wert, and St. Joseph County.
Roads will become slick overnight, with the worst conditions between 10 PM and 3 AM EST. Motorists should be prepared for dangerous travel conditions during the Thursday morning commute.
