Independence Day Celebrations Light Up Carol Stream, IL with Concert and Fireworks

Carol Stream, IL – Carol Stream is set to host its Independence Day festivities on July 4 at the Ross Ferraro Town Center. The event will feature food concessions starting at 6 p.m., followed by a performance from Hillbilly Rockstarz at 7 p.m. A spectacular fireworks display will conclude the night at approximately 9:15 p.m.

According to the Carol Stream Town Center, the Independence Day Parade will begin at 10 a.m., traveling eastbound on Lies Road from County Farm Road. Local traffic on Lies Road will be restricted from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and vehicles not participating in the parade will be prohibited from traveling on Lies Road during this time.

Additional road closures include Lies Road from Idaho Trail East to Gary Avenue from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Signage will be in place to direct local traffic and indicate alternative routes for other motorists. Park and Walk Service will be available due to limited paved parking at the Ross Ferraro Town Center.

Residents are encouraged to celebrate safely and take note of the no-parking zones enforced by the police department from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on July 4. For more information, visit www.carolstreamparade.com.
