Mattoon, IL – A commercial truck crash on northbound I-57 near milepost 198 has caused partial lane blockages, according to the Illinois State Police Troop 7.
The incident, which occurred Friday evening, involved a truck overturning, leading to property damage but no reported injuries. According to state police, traffic is being rerouted from I-57 northbound exit 192 to CR 1000N to IL-130.
Drivers are advised to use caution while traveling through this area. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
