Illinois Alert: Two Dead, Including Child, in Streamwood Fatal Stabbing; Armed Suspect Sought

Streamwood, IL – A manhunt is underway in Illinois following a deadly double stabbing in a Streamwood home that left two females dead, including a child.

According to the Streamwood Police Department, officers and fire personnel responded to the 1600 block of McKool Avenue around 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the bodies of a 21-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl inside the residence.

The Major Case Assistance Team (M.C.A.T.) has joined the investigation. Police have identified the suspect as 25-year-old Jalonie Jenkins, who is considered armed and dangerous. Officials say Jenkins’ last known location was in Bensenville.

Authorities are urging the public not to approach Jenkins if spotted and instead call 911 immediately.
