Illinois Fireworks Alert: Naperville to Host Free Independence Day Show Friday Night

Naperville, IL – A free fireworks show is returning to Naperville this Independence Day, lighting up the sky at the Frontier Sports Complex on Friday night.

The fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. at 3380 Cedar Glade Dr., with the public invited to watch from the field or from their vehicles. No admission or parking fees will be charged. The site includes over 900 spaces, with additional parking available at Neuqua Valley High School.

According to the Naperville Park District, the Naperville Municipal Band will kick off the evening with a live performance at 7:30 p.m. at the Wagner Pavilion near the 95th Street Community Plaza. The event, in partnership with the Park District, celebrates the Fourth of July with patriotic music and family-friendly entertainment.

Thousands of spectators are expected, and city officials recommend arriving early to secure a viewing spot.
