Acadia Parish, LA – Troop I is currently on the scene of an overturned 18-wheeler in the median of I-10 at milepost 72 near Egan, causing both eastbound and westbound travel lanes to be shut down.
The Louisiana State Police are diverting traffic onto LA 100, advising motorists to find alternative routes and exercise patience as recovery efforts are underway. The closure is expected to last several hours as first responders work to clear the scene.
