Huntsville, AL – The National Weather Service in Huntsville says North Alabama will see a cool but pleasant Friday, followed by a brief chance of weekend rain and gradual warming next week.
Forecasters report that after a chilly morning start, afternoon highs will reach between 59°F and 63°F under mostly sunny skies. Overnight lows Friday will fall into the mid-30s.
Saturday will remain dry with similar temperatures, but showers return late Saturday night into Sunday, when highs will dip slightly into the mid-50s to upper 50s.
After the weekend system passes, the region will dry out and begin warming early next week. Monday and Tuesday are expected to bring clear skies and highs between 60°F and 68°F, offering a mild start to November.
NWS Huntsville reminds residents that early morning frost is possible through Saturday, particularly in valley areas.
