Huntsville, AL – Residents across North Alabama can look forward to a dry and comfortable stretch of fall weather through the middle of next week, according to the U.S. National Weather Service in Huntsville.

Forecasters report that daytime highs will range from the mid-70s to low 80s, while overnight lows will drop into the 40s and 50s. The region will enjoy plenty of sunshine and light winds, creating ideal conditions for outdoor plans, yard work, and fall events.

Today’s forecast calls for highs between 74°F and 79°F under partly cloudy skies, followed by clear nights with lows in the upper 40s to low 50s. Sunday through Wednesday will remain mostly sunny, with highs gradually warming into the upper 70s to low 80s and minimal rain chances.

Meteorologists say the dry pattern should persist into late week, with no major weather systems expected to impact North Alabama. Cooler mornings and mild afternoons are typical for mid-October across the Tennessee Valley.
