Huntsville, Alabama – Rain chances climb to near 100% Saturday night, potentially impacting travel across North Alabama.

According to the US National Weather Service in Huntsville, a gradual warming trend will continue through the end of the week, with highs returning to the 60s by Friday and Saturday. Dry conditions are expected Thursday and most of Friday before rain chances increase late Friday into the weekend.

Roadways along Interstate 565 in Huntsville, Interstate 65 near Decatur, and U.S. Highway 72 toward Scottsboro and Florence could see wet pavement and reduced visibility Saturday evening into early Sunday.
