Londonderry, NH – A Hudson man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly fleeing New Hampshire State Police at more than 100 mph before crashing into a rock wall, according to authorities.

At 10:17 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, Trooper Matthew Howe of the Troop B barracks attempted to stop a BMW 3 Series traveling 118 mph on Interstate 93 in Londonderry, police said. The driver exited at Exit 5 and allegedly increased speed while passing other vehicles in an attempt to evade Trooper Howe. Due to the risk to other drivers, police said the trooper did not pursue.

Shortly after, troopers found the BMW crashed on Old Derry Road in Londonderry. Police determined the driver lost control and struck a rock wall, causing significant damage.

The driver, identified as Devin Quinn, 29, of Hudson, NH, was uninjured in the crash and taken into custody. According to police, Quinn faces multiple charges, including reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated DUI, DUI (third offense), operating after suspension, criminal mischief, and reckless driving.

Quinn was released on cash bail set by a bail commissioner and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court.
