According to police, Yanyan Zhao, 35, and Xingchen Li, 36, both of Noblesville, were arrested on felony charges of Corrupt Business Influence and Promoting Prostitution, following warrants issued by Howard County Superior Court II. A third suspect, Hui Li, 56, was also taken into custody on similar charges.
Authorities say the targeted locations included:
- Sun Spa – 608 E. Markland Ave., Kokomo
- Dahlia Spa – 2717 E. 56th St., Indianapolis
- Sunflower Spa – 5320 Madison Ave., Indianapolis
- Two residences in Noblesville and Carmel
During the operation, one adult victim was reportedly recovered and has since been provided shelter and support through the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program and the Department of Homeland Security.
