Houston, TX – The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Flood Warning for Clear Creek at FM 2351, impacting Brazoria and Harris Counties. Minor flooding is forecasted.
According to the National Weather Service, the flood warning is in effect from this morning until further notice. As of 6:05 AM CDT, the creek’s water level was at 10.7 feet, expected to exceed the flood stage of 18.1 feet and rise to 18.2 feet later this morning. Residents in the affected areas, including Pearland, Greentee Avenue, League City, and Bay Area Boulevard, should remain alert and follow safety precautions.
