Hoffman Estates, Illinois – Warm summer evenings are about to get louder across the northwest suburbs as a 10-week outdoor concert series returns, bringing free live music to the Village Green starting Thursday nights in June.

According to the Village of Hoffman Estates, the “Summer Sounds on the Green” series begins Thursday, June 11 at 7 p.m. and runs weekly through mid-August at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway. Each event is free and open to the public.

The lineup spans a wide range of music styles, from classic rock and country to mariachi and R&B. Featured acts include ARRA on opening night, Burning Red in mid-July, and Heartache Tonight closing out the season in August. Performances take place near the NOW Arena, drawing crowds from across Cook County and surrounding communities.

Local officials expect steady attendance throughout the summer, especially during peak warm-weather evenings when temperatures typically hold in the 70s and 80s after sunset.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, stay hydrated, and arrive early for the best viewing spots. Parking near Prairie Stone Parkway may fill quickly during popular shows.

The concert series runs every Thursday night through mid-August, with additional updates and event details available through village channels.
