Hoffman Estates, IL – The Village of Hoffman Estates announced that its Village Hall parking lot is closed today, Wednesday, to allow crews to complete final asphalt paving, weather permitting. Village Hall remains open for regular business hours, but visitors will need to rely on nearby street parking.
According to village officials, guests should expect to park along Hassell Road or other local streets throughout the day while contractors finish the last phase of paving work. The closure affects all standard parking areas surrounding Village Hall.
The village said the temporary closure is necessary to wrap up the resurfacing project before colder weather arrives. No timeline was given for when the lot will fully reopen, but officials noted operations are expected to return to normal once the final pavement sets and crews clear the area.
Residents visiting Village Hall for permits, payments, or other business services are encouraged to allow extra time for parking and walking from designated street-parking areas. No service interruptions inside the building are expected.
