According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, detectives observed the teen, identified as Hector Santamaria Rosales, exiting his residence on Jap Tucker Road with a rifle on Thursday, October 16, 2025. After conducting a traffic stop, deputies obtained probable cause to search Rosales’s vehicle and residence.
