Hidden Cameras, Child Pornography Lead to Arrest of New Lenox Man

New Lenox, IL – A New Lenox man was arrested Tuesday for alleged possession of child pornography and unauthorized video recording.

According to the New Lenox Police Department, Andrew H. Neudecker, 42, was taken into custody following an investigation that began in September 2023. Authorities executed a search warrant at his residence on the 200 block of Surf Drive, discovering electronic and digital storage devices allegedly containing evidence of child pornography. Additionally, hidden cameras were found in a bathroom and bedroom, allegedly used to record a family member. 

Neudecker faces charges of Class 1 Child Pornography and Class 3 Unauthorized Video Recording. He is currently held at the Will County Adult Detention Facility, with a pre-trial detention hearing set for Wednesday.
