Hastings, NE – Scattered showers and a few storms are expected to linger through much of Monday morning across central Nebraska, with skies clearing by late afternoon, according to the National Weather Service in Hastings.
Forecasters say today’s highs will remain in the mid-50s, with temperatures rising into the upper 60s by Tuesday and Wednesday. The remainder of the week is expected to stay dry as a gradual warm-up moves in.
By Thursday, highs could reach the lower 80s in some areas, with mostly sunny conditions continuing into Friday. Overnight lows will range from the upper 30s early in the week to the mid-50s by week’s end.
Drivers and commuters may encounter wet roads early Monday, but conditions are expected to improve steadily throughout the day.
