Harris County, TX – A Spring woman has been charged with murder following a deadly domestic disturbance late last month, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

On Sept. 30, 2025, deputies with Precinct 4 responded to reports of a disturbance at a home in the 22900 block of Birman Wood Boulevard in Spring. Investigators said an adult male, later identified as Chad Pullman, 50, was fatally shot by his wife during the altercation.

According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, homicide detectives initially planned to refer the case to a grand jury. However, after further investigation, prosecutors accepted a murder charge against Brittany Pullman, 34 (born July 27, 1991).

On Tuesday, Oct. 7, members of the Harris County Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) arrested Pullman and booked her into the Harris County Jail.

Authorities have not released additional details on the motive or what led to the shooting. The case remains under investigation.
