Harris County, TX – Detectives have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with a homicide discovered on Fellows Road on Christmas Day, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said homicide detectives charged Santiago Bustamante (born July 26, 2008) with Tampering with Evidence and Abuse of a Human Corpse after a victim was found with a gunshot wound inside a burned truck on December 25, 2025.
