According to the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 10900 block of Air Park Road around 7:26 p.m. on November 25, 2025, after reports of gunfire in the parking lot. Investigators said the shooting stemmed from an altercation involving three adult males and one adult female as they were leaving the facility. Shots were exchanged before all parties fled the scene.
Following a weeks-long investigation, authorities arrested Isaiah Derrell Murray, 18, of Sandston, on December 2, and Lanser Lee Carter, 18, of Richmond, on December 19. Both face multiple charges, including two counts of attempted murder, reckless handling of a firearm, shooting at an occupied vehicle, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, officials said.
The sheriff’s office thanked the Henrico County Division of Police and the Richmond Police Department for helping locate and apprehend the suspects.
