Fishers, IN – Fishers Police arrested a massage business employee Thursday following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault earlier this week.

According to the Fishers Police Department, the arrest came after detectives received a report on Monday, October 13, 2025, from a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted by a male masseuse identified as “David” during a massage session at Massage Finesse on Olio Road.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for the business and executed it on Thursday, October 16. Police said the suspect, identified as Xinjun Zhu, allegedly resisted officers before being taken into custody. Six individuals were found inside the business and believed to have been living there, officials added.

Zhu was arrested on multiple charges, including rape (two counts), sexual battery, criminal confinement, and resisting law enforcement. No other arrests were made in connection with the case.

Because of possible code violations, city officials closed the business and changed the locks, police said. The FBI and Homeland Security Investigations assisted Fishers detectives — the FBI providing linguistic support during the operation.

Authorities emphasized that a charge is merely an accusation and that Zhu is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

This case remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.
