Westfield, IN – What began as a trespassing complaint quickly turned into a large-scale drug investigation this week in Westfield.

According to the Westfield Police Department, officers were called to a home in the 15300 block of Fenchurch Drive on October 9, 2025, after receiving a report of trespassing. During the investigation, police learned that a firearm had allegedly been discharged inside the same residence the previous day, October 8.

Detectives obtained search warrants for the property, leading to the discovery of a firearm, ammunition, and several types of illegal drugs and paraphernalia.

As a result, 18-year-old Brayden Greene was arrested and faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. These include several counts of dealing narcotics, possession of controlled substances, domestic battery, resisting law enforcement, and obstruction of justice, among others.

Police say the discovery highlights the department’s ongoing effort to address violent and drug-related crimes in the community. “We are proud of the work our Patrol and Special Investigations Unit put into this case,” the department stated.

Authorities emphasized that all charges are allegations, and Greene is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Questions about the case have been referred to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.
