Tonight, gusty showers are expected, particularly in northern and eastern parts of the region. Temperatures will range from 48 to 55 degrees. According to the U.S. National Weather Service in Marquette, rain could linger into Tuesday morning, followed by a dry afternoon with temperatures reaching between 63 and 75 degrees.

Wednesday will see the return of widespread showers, with thunderstorms predicted in some areas. Forecasters warn that certain locations could experience rainfall exceeding an inch. High temperatures on Tuesday and Wednesday could set new daily records, with readings projected to reach as high as 77 degrees.
