At the conclusion of the investigation, 29-year-old George Christopher McKoy Jr. was arrested and charged with felony trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, and felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Authorities said the charges are alleged.
McKoy is currently being held at the Guilford County Detention Center under a $202,050 secured bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 9, 2026, at 9 a.m.
The sheriff’s office said the operation was a collaborative effort between the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office, Greensboro Police Department, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
