Green Bay, WI – Wisconsin residents will see a warm and quiet start to the work week before storm chances return by midweek, according to the National Weather Service in Green Bay.

Forecasters said Monday and Tuesday will bring highs in the lower to middle 80s with mostly sunny skies and patchy morning fog in some areas.

According to the National Weather Service, showers and thunderstorms could develop Wednesday afternoon, especially northwest of the Fox Valley. The unsettled pattern may continue through Thursday and Friday, though parts of the state could remain dry.

Temperatures will trend cooler later in the week, with highs dropping into the 70s by Thursday and Friday. Northern Wisconsin is expected to see the coolest readings, while southern areas may stay slightly warmer.

Despite the midweek storm risk, forecasters say much of the state should still experience stretches of dry weather, offering some relief for outdoor activities.

Residents are encouraged to monitor updated forecasts, particularly those with travel or outdoor plans Wednesday through Friday.
