Green Bay, WI — A cooler, more seasonable pattern has settled into northeast Wisconsin, and this trend will hold steady throughout the remainder of the week. After several milder days recently, today’s temperatures will level off in the upper 30s to mid-40s, with skies mostly clear but gradually becoming more overcast across northern portions of the area. Despite the increase in cloud cover, conditions will remain quiet and dry through the daytime hours.

On Monday, clouds continue to build from the southwest as a developing system approaches the region. Highs will again reach the upper 30s to upper 40s, keeping the area locked into a typical mid-November feel. While most of the day remains dry, moisture begins creeping in late, setting the stage for the next round of precipitation.

A light rain/snow mix becomes possible by late Monday night, transitioning into more widespread coverage on Tuesday. Temperatures on Tuesday will remain cool—generally 37° to 42°F—which allows for occasional wet snowflakes to mix in, especially north and west of the Fox Valley. Accumulation is not expected to be significant, but brief slushy patches or reduced visibility cannot be ruled out during the morning commute or during bursts of heavier precipitation.

By Wednesday, temperatures moderate only slightly, holding in the upper 30s to mid-40s, but clouds continue to thicken as another stronger system organizes to the southwest. This system brings the most widespread rain chances of the week on Thursday, with highs recovering into the low 40s to near 50°F. A soaking rain is possible, which may help ease recently dry conditions that have lingered across parts of the region.

Overall, northeastern Wisconsin will experience a stretch of typical late-fall weather: cool temperatures, increasing cloud cover, and a series of light to moderate precipitation chances.
