Green Bay, Wisconsin – Cooler temperatures and gusty northeast winds will continue to impact Wisconsin throughout today and into tonight. According to the National Weather Service, these conditions will last through the evening with wind gusts reaching up to 25 mph. Despite the winds, daytime highs are expected to range from 55°F to 69°F.

Looking ahead, Thursday and Friday will bring milder conditions, with high temperatures between 52°F and 74°F across much of the state. The biggest shift will be a dramatic decrease in humidity, with afternoon values dropping to as low as 15% to 30% in areas near Lake Michigan. These dry conditions could create fire concerns, especially in areas that are prone to wildfires.

With the low humidity, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) recommends checking local burn permits before starting any outdoor fires. Be cautious of fire risks, especially if outdoor burning is planned.

This stretch of dry weather will continue until Friday, with more updates expected as the week progresses. Keep an eye on conditions as a storm system could affect the state by Friday.
