Grand Rapids, Michigan – Strong winds and evening thunderstorms could disrupt travel across Grand Rapids Friday, with a 90% chance of showers and gusts up to 25 mph expected by nightfall.

Winds from the southwest will increase through the evening, creating hazardous driving conditions on US-131 and I-196.
