Gaylord, MI – Northern Michigan will see a mix of sunshine and showers to start the week, as a passing system brings rain and gusty winds Sunday night into Monday, according to the National Weather Service in Gaylord.
Sunday features partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 40s to mid-50s, but clouds will increase by evening as showers move in. Overnight rain is expected to be light to moderate, with winds strengthening late tonight.
By Monday, the system pushes east but leaves behind windy conditions and a chance for early-morning showers. Afternoon highs will stay near 50°F, and gusts could reach 25–30 mph, especially near the lakeshore.
Conditions improve Tuesday with partly sunny skies and highs in the mid-50s, before another round of scattered rain returns Wednesday as a new disturbance moves across the Great Lakes.
