Lows will range from 35 to 47 degrees, with the coldest readings inland and away from the lakeshore. Along Lake Michigan, swimmers are urged to exercise caution. A moderate swim risk is in effect for Presque Isle County beaches, where waves of 2 to 3 feet and strong currents could create hazardous conditions. Officials warn that weaker swimmers should avoid entering the water.
Travelers and boaters can expect calmer conditions by Monday, though inland frost potential may linger into early morning hours. Additional advisories will be issued if colder-than-expected air develops overnight.
